A collaborative course between the Orthopedic Team, Surgery Team, and Trauma Team, where they present various concepts about Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Objectives:

• Defining and explaining the ATLS protocol

• Rapidly and accurately assessing a trauma patient

• Gaining the knowledge to properly manage trauma cases

• Coordinating the patient's transfer to advanced/definitive care

• Ensuring the provision of optimal care for the trauma patient
